Rates and Cancellation Policy
Payments may be made in the form of cash, check, healthcare payment card, credit or debit card and are due at the beginning of each visit.
Fees vary based on the type of service offered along with the degree and license type of the therapist. Please call the office for specific amounts.
We do not wish to turn anyone away for inability to pay and at the therapist's discretion we offer a sliding scale fee based on income. Please inquire when scheduling an appointment.
We are considered an Out of Network Provider for all other insurances. We will provide you with a receipt you may use to obtain reimbursement from your existing carrier. Online counseling may or may not be covered by your insurance carrier.
All clients are responsible to consult with their insurance company to ensure coverage for services or if deductibles are required. Any claims not paid by insurance are the responsibility of the client and must be paid before any future services are provided.
Cancellation of appointments must be made at least twenty-four hours in advance, or the client will be subject to a missed appointment charge of $35. There is a $25 dollar charge for returned checks.
