Soul Care offers an Integrated Team approach to Mental Health Wellness. We provide evidence-based care that addresses the whole person in body, mind and spirit. Our team offers Outpatient Services, Christian Counseling, Evaluation & Management Services and Coordination of Care with Primary Care Providers.

We offer CCA's (Comprehensive Clinical Assessments) and Treatment Plans for Clients and Partnering Agencies. Customized Assessments are available upon request.

Children are a gift from God. Soul Care provides counseling services for this group that is developmentally and age appropriate, culturally sensitive and relational. We work with all available supports that may include parents, extended family, teachers and anyone identified to help get the children on a path to success mentally, physically and spiritually.
