Soul Care Christian Counseling Services provides professional counseling from a Christian perspective to clients in diverse settings by innovative, committed therapists in partnership with the local church and community.

We are seeking to fill the following positions: 
Front Desk Receptionist
Part-Time/Full-Time Licensed Child and Family Therapist

Front Desk Receptionist

Duties would include the following: greeting visitors, answering phones, scheduling and checking-in patients, insurance verifications, data entry, billing & coding help, assisting w/ claim denials, helping with general office organization and administrative support to the counselors.

Ideal candidate is someone who loves people, is professional, energetic, has a great work ethic, works w/ integrity, works well with others, and can be flexible when needed.

Candidate must have:
*At least a High School Diploma
*At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
*Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., copier, fax machine, and computer) and intermediate or higher proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
*Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
*Ability to use an EHR system

Bilingual (Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply.

20-40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.

Paid Time Off, Holiday & Sick Pay, Medical Benefits Available upon completion of Probationary Period.

Part-Time/Full-Time Licensed Child and Family Therapist

Job
​Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will be fully licensed with any of the following license types (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist) .  Associate level therapists are welcome to apply.
  • At least 2 years of experience and/or documented training integrating Christian faith principles with Psychology.
  • Provide compassionate, competent and professional evidence-based treatment practices for a diverse clientele including children, adults, families, married couples and adolescents.
  • Maintain positive relationships with others and be able to work with a multidisciplinary team of other professionals and community partners
  • Provide mental health/and or substance abuse education, treatment, and clinical support to consumers in a variety of settings that include the office, home or residential communities
  • Conduct Clinical or Diagnostic Assessments for new and/or existing consumers
  • Be credentialed with Cardinal Innovations and be willing to be credentialed with at least 1 other commercial insurance carrier
  • Work at least 2 evenings and/or Saturdays
