Paul is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor in North Carolina. He graduated from Appalachian State University in 2019 and received his Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montreat College in 2023.
Paul has worked with a variety of populations, including ADHD, Anxiety, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Eating Disorders, and Trauma. He utilizes an eclectic approach to counseling, blending cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness to best assist clients under his care. He enjoys working with men and women of all ages and stages of life and assisting them in living a happier and holier life.
Paul holds a deep respect for mental health and believes that God has called him to be a therapist. When not seeing clients, Paul enjoys writing, reading, musical theatre, video games, and drawing.
