We are currently seeking a
Full-Time Licensed Christian Counselor: W-2 Position
to work with clients in diverse settings that currently include Tele-Health sessions and eventually to include sessions primarily in the office and with the residents of a partnering adult group home. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, professional and have experience integrating Christian faith principles with Mental Health & Substance Abuse Treatment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with diverse clientele including Children and Adolescents, Couples and families of any background. The candidate will posess a Master's Level Degree or higher and have one of the following licensures: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LCAS & Pastoral Counselor.
We offer the opportunity to work in a private practice setting providing clinicians with office space, administrative support, marketing and the opportunity to work with other professionals as part of a team.
This is a W-2 Position. Pay is competive and based on experience. We offer paid time off, benefits and a 401k plan.

What's Expected of the Therapist/Clinician:
- Availability to accomodate at least 25 appointment openings a week to receive clients during evening and/or weekend hours.
- We expect the therapist/clinician to be highly motivated and available to market themselves within the framework of the organization.:
- *Participate in marketing and networking events- at least 1 per month
- *Participate actively in our online marketing initiatives (blogs, social media, video, pictures, etc.)
- Counselors must be licensed by a State Board of North Carolina to provide counseling and have required Malpractice Insurance
- Adhere to all laws and rules of ethics pertaining to the licensure
- Possibility to organize groups or participate in existing groups
- Ablility to be flexible, adapt well to change and work in a sometimes unpredictable and fast-paced setting
- Good computer skills: Able to use technolgy for scheduling, documentation, emails and Tele-Health
- Dependability
- Teachable
- Work well with others as part of a team
- Good communication and writing skills
